I have decided to launch the podcast with a BANG and his name is James Anderson. Extreme athlete, intellect and business owner, James is no stranger to pushing limits. I really enjoyed this podcast, tapping into how one man has achieved so much at such a relatively young age. James and I met whilst training with Special Forces for BBC 2's 'Ultimate Hell Week'. James has completed a plethora of challenges, amongst them are events such as running to Rome at the age of 20, 21 hour stair climb of 18,000m, 40km submerged marathon carrying 40lbs and he also holds a Kettlebell World Record for most weight swung in an hour. Next on the agenda, James plans to go back and claim the World Record for most Push Ups in an hour, 2220 to be precise! After two close attempts he discusses what he has learned and is confident he will take the prize. This episode really gets into what makes James tick and how he has developed the mindset of a champion
