This episode is all about Sam's story with his depression, how he used to be suicidal and why. This is a story that Sam kept to himself for roughly 27 years until telling someone 2 years ago. Before this episode aired, there were only about a dozen people that knew it. This is the story that sparked the idea for creating this podcast.
