Show 017 Quick Guide Girls Gone Grape is excited to be days away from our Phit Gym All Women's Bootcamp starting Tuesday, October 6th from 6:30-7:30pm at Phit Gym in Northern Colorado. We had the chance to sit down and talk with Owner/Trainer Brandon and Trainer Taylor about what we might expect during this bootcamp. Let's just say it's going to be one of the best and fun bootcamp's in the area where we'll get to sip some wines to celebrate our monthly efforts on the 4th Tuesday of each month.
