Our guest today, Todd Opalski, a former Marines and U.S. Army special operations commander, who also has a Silicon Valley startup operations and founder background, shares lessons in leadership from his military and Delta Force experience, including how to incorporate the motto "Assessment and selection is an ongoing process" into one's own leadership and organizational culture.   During his 26 years in the military, Todd was in the Marine Corps as an officer, a Marine Scout Sniper, and was part of Force Reconnaissance. In the U.S. Army, he was an Assault Commander in the Special Missions Unit. Todd has experience as a competitive bodybuilder, triathlete, adventure racer, and survivalist. Today, Todd is founder of Camp Zen Commando, located in the foothills of Lagunas, Costa Rica on the Pacific Coast, where he will soon be holding an 8-day Recalibration Retreat for leaders from around the world.
