Word of the Week: Release What a crazy week it's been! If you're in Texas, or anywhere near than you know we don't get snow often...and if we do it's more like snow flurries that go away after a few hours. Well that was not the case this past week. In today's episode I talk all about the situation here in our home as well as the triggers this winter storm brought up for me. Thoughts and old feelings from losing our home in Hurricane Harvey. While I am in a much better place, I wanted to share how I was able to go from such low vibrational state of emotions, to picking out the lessons in it all. And a special shout out to all the amazing humans who reached out & those still struggling. My heart is with you and I am sending your warming loving energy, friends!
