This week in the guest chair, we have Brandi Hayes. Brandi is a real Estate Investor/ Landlord in New Jersey; She has been working in the banking industry for over the past 5 years. She has an 11 year old son Nehemiah who she introduced to entrepreneurship when he was just 9 years old. She taught him and herself about bulk candy vending. He currently has 10 machines out working for him bringing in passive income. I’m SO excited for this week’s episode with Brandi. I know it’s longer than usual but that’s because it was SO good!
