Okay. I hear you. Hiring a babysitter is too expensive. No one can take care of your kids as well as you can. How could you trust someone or find the time to find someone? How do you know if they are treating your kids well when you aren't there? I get it and I hear you. These are things I used to tell myself. But I am doing this episode because I think one of the most important things as a special needs parent is to have some balance in your life. A lot of times when we are the sole person for our kiddos, we have no space to do anything else. The more you do that, the more your kids get dependent on you to do everything and it will get harder to step away for even a few hours.
