He is a successful entrepreneur/football agent based in the North of the UK and is the Founder and Managing Director of Next Gen Sport Solutions. Having represented over 100 athletes and being a former professional footballer himself, Reece shares his story on how he got started and what sparked him to start the business.
Next Gen are one of the leading sports management companies in Europe and are one of the only management companies, Worldwide, that specialise in women's football. Although known predominantly for elite professional women footballers, Next Gen also represent a number of athletes across multiple disciplines and sports such as Rugby, and Boxing.
