In this episode I give you 5 tips on how to avoid a burnout. Most of us might know this feeling all too well and it is not a good one. I have had a few burnouts and here is what I have learned from them:Stop completely or take a break and slow down- If you're able to, just quit your job or leave that relationship. Immediately stop whatever is burning you out- If you can't do that, then pump the brakes and slow down.
