In this episode, Jennifer Belliveau comes back home to visit some family, hits up a trail for a quick run and pops into the studio to talk about running. Jennifer grew up in Rochester, but now lives down in Long Island and runs the New York Road Runner (NYRR) races with her running friends. We chat about 'being a runner' in High School, how running friends help you run all the miles, and trying to figure out exactly how one trains for a marathon without getting injured by finding the line between adding miles and over-usage.
