Meet Ashley McIntosh... Ashley is a figure skater, a wife, an entrepreneur and a member here at Starke. We love when people break from the mold, and choose the road less traveled by. Listen to Ashley's experience adding strength and conditioning into her training routine when forced off the ice because of COVID lockdown 2020. After three months of being off the ice, she cam back stronger and better than before. She's also the owner of Azura Bay an on-line women's clothing company who sells ethically sourced women's clothing.
