Hi, I’m Tess Prince - founder of LOVE FOOD IBIZA. As an increasingly conscious food community here on the island and with the world so focussed on wellness and ecology, in this show, we want to get into the roots of the organic farm to table movement, but also to show you how you can find the best local, seasonal and high vibrational foods that are so abundant in ibiza. The produce here has evolved so much in the last few years and through the passionate producers and those committed to preserving the island, we want to provide a colourful ride through our seas, over land but also in my sunny out door kitchen to give you some inspiration to create your own delicious taste of ibiza in a conscious and creative way.
