You need to be an attorney to understand the terminology or the language of probate. #6. I can never get up the courage to talk to people that have lost someone close to them. It’s just creepy. #7. Probate investing is hard or there is so much to learn, I can never learn it. #8. Myth: The personal representatives don’t have to sell the house. #9. Now is a terrible time to decide to work in this niche since we are still in the midst of Covid-19. #10. It will take me forever to become a probate investing expert.
