A vegetable vendor, Dadarao Bilhore has been filling potholes ever since he lost his son in an accident caused by a pothole. Strong Dadarao took up the mission to fill all the potholes of Mumbai and make the city pothole-free so that no one would ever suffer from the pain he went through.
