Jason A. Duprat, Entrepreneur, Healthcare Practitioner and Host of the Healthcare Entrepreneur Academy Podcast, talks about the method of idea extraction from Dane Maxwell, a serial entrepreneur who has taken ideas and grown them into 7-figure companies. Jason explains how this method works for forming a business idea and then developing the needed skills to be a financially successful entrepreneur. Jason explains the four components of idea extraction: what is the problem, what is the solution, what happens if the problem isn’t solved and how much are consumers willing to pay to solve the problem. In order to learn about the problems consumers are facing, ask questions on social media, or call them. You do not have to be the expert on the solution. You can export the expertise. Be patient, persistent and enjoy the process because most businesses don’t see a big win the first time around. The show will take a hiatus from new guest interviews due to Jason’s current deployment. They will become seasonal and pick back up in the fall.
