The Feds arrest more than a dozen men after uncovering an alleged plan to abduct and possibly kill the Democratic governor of Michigan. The president says he wants to hold a rally tomorrow, despite questions over whether he's recovered from COVID. He's been appearing in videos and doing phone interviews, where he says he's doing fine. Thousands evacuate the Gulf Coast as the region gets ready for its sixth major storm since June. Hurricane Delta is now a Category Three storm and is likely to ravage an area where another storm in late August caused more than 30 deaths.
