In this episode, the boys are joined from the UK by Karl and Rachel Steadman. The Steadmans are pioneers in the sport of CrossFit in Europe and have had the opportunity to be part of the CFHQ Seminar Staff, certifying affiliate coaches around the globe. Karl and Rachel also run their own affiliate, CrossFit Ellipsis, providing top tier training, and also provides gym owners with risk management services.
