Orctoberfest by Bottle Logic Brewing has malty sweetness with a hint of toast met by a soft, balanced bitterness. Bottle Logic Brewing started during brewmaster Steve Napolitano’s years at Chapman, where he practiced some elementary home brewing as a way to unwind between the stresses of studying law. Before long, this passion drew in some friends, who would later become his business partners and co-founders, and with their help, Napolitano’s hobby was elevated to the majestic brewery we have today.
