Melissa has 15 years’ experience in a variety of healthcare roles having begun her career as a Registered Nurse at The Prince Charles Hospital, Brisbane. Melissa received her Bachelor of Nursing from Griffith University and her Masters of Business Administration from Central Queensland University. Melissa has held positions in leadership, workforce and project management as well as representing nursing on the QLD Clinical Senate and a variety of national and international committees. As the leader of the Healthcare Commercial Banking business in Queensland, Melissa is responsible for ensuring Westpac customers are provided with the highest level of service and support.
