The Question Behind the Question, and also Flipping the Switch, Outstanding! 47 Ways to Make Your Organization Exceptional, Co-author of Raising Accountable Kids and The QBQ! Workbook. John invested a decade selling leadership and sales management training before becoming an author. He is also the founder of QBQ, Inc., an organizational development firm dedicated to helping people and organizations make personal accountability a core value. Through his writings, speaking, and a nationwide network of certified distributors, John has brought his message to countless organizations including Bausch & Lomb, American Cancer Society, Wells Fargo, Verizon, Kaiser Permanente, Aramark, Subway, and Autotrader.com, to name some.. He is a 1980 graduate of Cornell University and lives in Denver, CO with his wife, Karen. They have six daughters, one son, and 12 grandchildren.
