Chancellor Paul Turman, PhDDr. Paul Turman began as Chancellor of the Nebraska State College System (NSCS) in January of 2019. The Nebraska State College System is comprised of three geographically diverse institutions – Chadron State, Peru State, and Wayne State Colleges.
