The world feels like it’s shaking with intensity, and the reality is most of us are experiencing some degree of trauma and stress (even if we don’t consciously recognise it as that).  Stress feels horrid but can also have devastating consequences on our health, and its a subject I’m passionate about because I discovered its damaging effects the hard way. Through a holistic lens you’ll gain insight into: Firstly what stress actually is, how it shows up, and the impact it can have  Then understanding the various different factors which can influence your stress levels and associated feelings. And finally some tactical solutions to help you feel better immediately and protect your immune system, plus some wider and deeper considerations that will allow you to address the root causes of stress with a view to being less fragile, so you're better able to cope with challenging circumstances whilst also preventing illness.
