Today I continue talking about what I do during my 2 hour time blocks in the afternoon and the importance of valuing our time. Also how it’s very important to put time towards those things that are important such as physical fitness etc. I also recommend that you read Laura Vanderkam’s book 168 Hours. She makes time management an easy subject to understand. Lots of great tips in her book.
