Matt has been working in the Humane Law Enforcement division for 10 years and has handled over 2,000 animals cruelty cases as Sergeant in the Animal Cruelty Division! He later turned in his sergeant’s badge, retiring from law enforcement, and became the Chaplain of The Monmouth County SPCA. He now devotes his time to the spiritual needs of the entire organization - officers, civilians and the creatures they care for. His service is voluntary and unpaid. Pet blessings, pet funerals/memorials, bereavement counseling, and spiritual and emotional support... free of charge.
