He is currently an Engineering Manager at Ada Health in Berlin, a global health company that provides services which help people actively manage their health and medical professionals to deliver effective care. In his role, Claus supports cross-functional teams that turn Ada‘s technologies into products which help millions of people.Claus worked for many years as a software engineer in Japan, Australia, and Germany. Grown from a senior engineer into a tech lead and from there into an engineering manager, Claus now focuses fully on coaching teams and people to become successful in agile software delivery.
