Sound Meditation Did you know most of us do this now, if we listen to music! Or a Podcast, like you are doing right now. . Yep! Listening to music or sound in general can be a way of meditating as well. Finding audio that helps you to focus and stay in the present - calm your senses - can be VERY helpful. . . . I like to use binaural beats to help me with sound meditation. I do use other music and my singing bowl - but I enjoy binaural beats more as a way to formally meditate. . . . With the binaural beats I am able to control my breathing more and truly focus on the moment and how I am feeling . . . Sound meditation is a GREAT way to unwind and relax before drifting off to sleep Our Affirmation for today will simply be: May all be happy. May all be peaceful. May all be free from suffering.
