Breaking news overnight from North Carolina, where a confirmed tornado killed at least three people and injured at least 10 more in Brunswick County, in the southeastern part of the state. That tornado is part of a dangerous weather system wreaking havoc across much of the country. More than 115 million Americans will be under winter weather alerts as another storm system approaches.
