They say it's impossible. They say, "You can't go on vacation if you work in real estate." But, is that true? Today Karen shows us how to take a proper vacation while still providing a high level of service to your business: 1. You don't need to keep your vacation a secret! 2. Tell your clients that your vacation starts a day earlier and goes a day longer than it actually does. (Listen in to find out why!) 3. Check your email once or twice a day while you're away so you can forward important things to your back up person, delete the junk emails, and save the emails that you will want to follow up on in a separate box within your inbox for after your vacation. 4. Don't schedule any morning appointments for your first real day back to work. Not only are breaks from work possible, but they are necessary.
