Photo of a man burning Indian national flag is viral on social media. Users claim that he is an RSS member. The Lallantop investigated the claim and found that man in the viral photo is a school teacher from Tamilnadu's Kumbakonam. He burnt the national flag in 2018 as he was angered with the delay in constituting Cauvery river water management board. He was arrested by the police after this incident. There are no reports that he is an RSS member.
