Instead of preparing for the ACC semifinals, we instead sit down to talk about the season that was. Was this FSU's best team in most of our lifetimes? How should this team be remembered? There is naturally a lot of discussion about Trent Forrest - the Seminole's senior leader - but we also discuss the differences between this year's team and last year's. What now for Patrick Williams and Devin Vassell? What sort of feedback are they going to get from the NBA? The NCAA and the NBA have worked together in recent years to provide much better information on players making the all important decision of whether to begin their pro careers now or later, but all of that could be out the window this year. Luckily for them they play for a staff with tremendous NBA connections, so they will have as good of information as any prospects. We look forward to next year's team, with or without Williams and Vassell, and talk about how it will differ from this year's team. We also discuss the tough spot the NCAA is in, and how they've handled the coronavirus pandemic to date, and what that portends for future rational and informed decision making in the best interest of student athletes.
