Hello everyone! Back this week with a new episode and it's time to take inventory. We are talking about relationships this week, not necessarily romantic relationships, but friendships and our connection to others. There are times that we need to take inventory and look at those relationships to see if they are draining us or if they are building us up. There will be times that we have to give and not get back, but there is a limit and at some point that can be come toxic to ourselves and do more harm than we realize.
