In this 15 minute guided meditation, we tap into the past thoughts and beliefs that are stored in the body and learn to express gratitude for the messenger of past experience.  Grateful that now we can do something different, to move toward a different experience.  Allow open acceptance throughout your whole body to bring us into a wholeness again. Please meditate in a quiet place free from distractions. Sit tall and comfortably, take a few deep cleansing breaths, close your eyes.  Please do not listen to this meditation while driving.
