Episode 3 takes a wider view of the menopause and first, we listen to some horrendous stories about how menopause has been viewed over the years. As recently as the 20th Century it was considered that women were predisposed to insanity. Tis enough to make your blood boil (if it isn’t already because of any menopause symptoms). Sal and I then consider how we view ourselves now we’re getting older. How do we feel about the way we look and how do we think society sees us now?
