We have been neck deep in doing one of my favorite things this month… PLANNING!  Yep, we’ve been sitting down with our clients to work through their Q4 plans and a few things have come up on every single call, and it’s because this time of year we have a bit of nuance. With holiday and end of the year sales and time off there are some factors that just aren’t there any other time of year.  In this episode I want you to dig into some of this nuance and because of that I really want you to take some time and take action alongside this episode.
