In this episode we talk to Paola Chang about spirituality, mindfulness, self-compassion, and how her lived experience navigating multiple cultures and religions have shaped her worldview and sense of identity.   Paola is a Spiritual Director, trained at the Heart of Life, Yarra Theological College, University of Divinity in Australia. She is also a mental health social worker and meditation teacher. She learned meditation as a child with her Buddhist father, later converted to Catholicism, studied with the Chinmaya Mission, and is passionate about interfaith dialogue.
