Criticism. Feedback. Correction. No matter what you call it, it can be hard to take in. It can feel personal, it can feel uncomfortable, and sometimes it's downright painful.   This week we're talking about handling CRITICISM. I'm giving you tips about taking it in, processing it, and even when NOT to take it in. Because there's a difference between meaningful feedback and bad advice and it's not always easy to tell the difference.   This week I hope you'll find something TANGIBLE going forward, because whether it's at work, in our relationships, or in our communities, criticism and feedback is going to happen! And I want to equip you to handle it in a way that BUILDS YOU UP, not tears you down! You in?   Additional Resources: - Discover your Myers-Briggs type at 16personalities.com - Enneagram typing - my recommendation is to take a couple free tests online to narrow it down, then read about each of the results (I myself was mistyped and found out I was a 4 by reading about it!) - The Four Tendencies by Gretchen Rubin, discover your type on her website by taking the four tendencies quiz. Her book is also stellar!
