Each area may be different, and what you do may be different each day, and that's ok. Now's the time to non-judgmentally see what works, what adds stress, and what's enjoyable. Remember to give yourself some grace and know that you can't do it wrong. Connection Sleep/Rest Eating (really cooking) Media Movement Meditation So here’s what you can do with this info: spend some time taking note on how these things go for you. What’s your immediate reaction to thinking “I’m going to workout, or it’s time to cook dinner” or whatever. If you feel comfortable following through with that thought, keep in mind how you feel before, during, and after. Just like what we talked about yesterday with food. This is a good exercise to see how you & your body react to it.
