I'm excited to re-introduce this week's guest, Yvette Webster. You may remember her from episode 368, where we talked about how to uplevel your outdoor adventures and take your hiking to the next level. In this episode, we talk about how outdoor adventures can help our mental health. This is a super important topic for both of us. The more we talk about mental health, the more we normalize it.   About Yvette Webster   Yvette Webster is a full-time travel blogger at Wayfaring Kiwi and Kiwi & Haggis and lover of nature and the outdoors. She was the first solo female to hike the Scottish National Trail, an 864 kilometre trail that runs the length of Scotland, beginning in Kirk Yetholm and ending at Cape Wrath. She is currently writing a book about her hike.
