I'm back again, with another solo episode! I was out on a run the other day and this phrase popped into my head: “start from where you are.” I actually paused my run and sent myself a note with these words. When I got home and googled it, I found out that this is a quote by Arthur Ashe: “Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can.” This is exactly the concept I had in mind when the phrase popped into my head. So here's an episode on the topic! In sports and outdoor adventures, as in life: start from where you are, accept where you are, and appreciate where you are. Start with who you are, start with what you have, start with how. Start with your why, and start now.
