In today's episode I wanted to go over the 5 books that have had the most impact on me in an overwhelming sense of the word over the last few months during my journey with The 75 Hard Challenge. Today I get very raw and very real. For the first time in my life, I feel free. Free from the attachments of my broken childhood, from the feeling of abandonment I have felt with women, and free from the attachments to the people who have hurt me in the past.
