This week on the Business Over Beer Podcast, we welcome The Vibesmith, Ryan Reed, founder of HAFLife Entertainment, an independent record label and entertainment company focused on music, film, live events and lifestyle. Ryan shares with us that writing poetry at a young age combined with his love of hip hop turned into a love of putting words to rhythm and music and ultimately into an entrepreneur with a business focused on Hope, Ambition, & Fortitude. Ryan was reinvigorated with the love of music late in High School, then his first live performance sealed his desire to pursue it as a career. A willingness to do something different, to take a different path takes a lot risk and sacrifice, and the courage to continue to get up from being knocked down. Having a third person perspective on yourself helps you come to terms with your demons and downfalls which allows a person to grow.
