We had an epic time sitting in one of our favorite spots in Nashville Tennessee, the truly unique Hopsmith Tavern, with owner Erik Baylis. We were able to have a raw and genuinely truthful conversation with Erik about his journey and sticking with his motto "Never Had A Bad Day" even through life's major twists and turns. Throughout his journey Erik has opened up many restaurants, each holding their own unique characteristics and has started a charity based on his motto to help pediatric cancer patients and their families.
