After coming to London aged 18 to study Acting followed by a short but successful acting career, Martin entered Hospitality Management in earnest twenty years ago. Following stints as a General Manager and Area Manager working with the Wok Wok, Christophers and Zizzi brands, he joined Gaucho in 2005 and spent 9 nine years working his way up the leadership ladder as the company expanded.
