Nurse bullying has to stop - let's address this stain on our profession once and for all. Some of you have seen the manifestation of a lifelong dream. The road has been hard. Your families, friends, and all who are close to you have sacrificed as I'm sure you have to help you realize this dream. Now it's time to go forth and shine..And shine...you will. But first...just a bit of advice... You have made it through nursing school. You have proven to the world that you are competent and prepared to render care to patients across the lifespan. The only thing you will do now is choose your specialty, gain experience, fine tune your skills and develop confidence in your nursing judgment. And to you I say....
