I have some very exciting news to share with you today, which was already given away in the title: I’m pregnant! It’s been hard to hold this information in, but I wanted to wait until I was 12 weeks in to start sharing the news publicly. I love that I’ll be able to share this journey with you, let you know everything that I’ve been working on, and everything I will be doing throughout the pregnancy, into postpartum, and into motherhood. I’m learning so much about hormones through this experience -- it’s like a whole new world! I can’t wait to be able to better support my fertility and pregnancy clients, and eventually move more into the world of postpartum.
