Lauren Guilfoyle has many strings to her bow. She is a chartered physiotherapist who has worked with both the Tipperary Senior Camogie Team and the Tipperary Minor Hurling Team in recent years. Lauren also works as a broadcaster and presenter with various media outlets and works as the Social Media Coordinator with the Camogie Association. In this episode, Lauren chats about her career path in physiotherapy and gives great insights into the different physiotherapy roles she has held to date. We also talk about why she decided to dip her toe into the world of media. Lauren chats about taking on various roles in media in order to gain experience in an area she had no previous training in and how saying yes to every opportunity has offered up some really cool experiences such as working on The 2 Johnnies Podcast and working as the Social Media Coordinator with the Camogie Association.
