They discuss our collective lack of freedom, how uncertainty is feeding fear and the role technology has played in helping us stay connected in a time of disconnection. They also walk us through some of their daily routines amidst the disruption, discuss the importance of getting comfortable with being uncomfortable and remind us that everyone else is in a similar state of disarray.
