Technology is changing us in many ways, it's bringing us a whole load of benefits but at the same time a whole load of distractions and is like a bad addiction to many. How can we manage it better, use it to our advantage and cut our addictions? Two things gave me the idea for recording this show. Firstly last weeks show with Brian Bogert and secondly was reading Satya Nadellas book "Hit Refresh"Yes we are in a very technologically advanced world, yes there are benefits, yes there are draw backs but it is somehow still early in many ways and I think we can take some steps to make technology work for us and not the other way round.Thanks for listening.
