What side of yourself do you not share, or do you only share selectively? We talk a good game about Oneness and Wholeness... and yet, we still hide certain parts of ourselves from others, and from selections in our realities. Yes, we can talk about a shadow side (and we will)... however, this also includes our spirituality, our sexuality, and many other aspects we still try to compartmentalize! Let's talk about why this holds us back, and about what integration would do to help on our journey.
