The Quarantine Backyard Ultra is the most creative, craziest event that I have seen in a while. Something truly special. In fact, I did two interviews about this event so this is the first of two shows about this cool event. Joey Lichter is a teacher and a runner in South Florida. We chat about his life and he teaches me about the whole Backyard Ultra phenomenon. The Quarantine Backyard Ultra is the brainchild of Personal Peak Endurance Coaching and the idea was so popular that it grew immensely online quickly. Joey shares with us how it worked. How he put his course together. What his neighbors thought about what he was doing and some fun stuff that happened along the way. This is a great story about a very fun event and I know you'll enjoy hearing all about it from Joey. If you are looking to connect with Joey Lichter - he is an endurance coach with No Limits Endurance. You can find them at www.nolimitsendurance.com . Joey himself is on Facebook as JoeyLichter. You can find full show notes including links and the text of the interview at www.mileaftermilepodcast.com  I was introduced to Joey by my friend Brie who is the owner of Wicked Skins a company that makes gaiters and buffs and other great products for ultra marathons and other fun things. Thank you Brie. You can find what Amy (the host) is up to at www.amysaysso.com
